To my friends and readers ...

I've been feeling really lousy for a couple of weeks now -- a nasty upper/lower viral/bacterial respiratory infection. (Say that five times fast!) I'm taking kick- a** antibiotics, sleeping almost as much as my cats, and accomplishing next to nothing(and not particularly caring, either). I'm having some hearing distortion as well, probably from congestion, so will likely be seeing my doctor for the second time in a week. (Yes, I like her, but ...) I felt so awful this past weekend, in fact, that I not only didn't watch the "Adrift" episode of Torchwood on BBC America, I didn't even bother to tape it. (Luckily it reruns this weekend so I'll be able to tape both of them.)

I'm not just fishing for sympathy, though. *whine* I mainly wanted to explain why I haven't been posting at all, have barely read my F-page or anything else, and have commented even less. I love and miss you all! :(

Anyhow, thanks for listening to me fuss. *whines some more* I hope the rest of you are well enough to enjoy a little schadenfreude. I don't mind. I'm going back to bed now.
