Cold and wet no thanks to Superstorm Sandy but we really escaped the worst. We got wind and rain and a bit of hail. Erratic power outages. Watching the real devastation on the news is terrifying.
Right now I'm finishing up a shift at work. 30 minutes to go. I'm tired and want to go to bed. *yawns* Thank god I can bring my computer to work. It's been dead all night.
It didn't look to me like you were in the direct path, but I was still a bit concerned. Several of my flisters are on the edge of the area, and you just never know.
Power outages can have a long reach these days. I'm thinking about the transformer blowing in Arizona that knocked out our power over here in California for several days. So I'm glad it wasn't worse for you.
How is the work going? I've been going back over your posts (in my typical failistically late fashion), and it sounds like it's been challenging, at the very least. At least your computer is all fixed.
