Nora the Piano-Playing Cat, three years later
I first posted a video of performances by Nora the Piano-Playing Cat, "Practice Makes Purr-fect," three years ago. Then I found an old post about it on
siouxfleming's blog and went to watch it again. What I didn't know three years ago was that there are many more videos and that Nora has her very own website.
Despite her successes as a writer, composer and musical performer, and her status as an "international media star," Nora doesn't appear to have let it go to her head. The proceeds of her many enterprises all go to local animal rescue and to veterinary care for Nora and her feline housemates. She responds personally to as many of her fans as she is able, and continues to update her blog and website with the help and support of her personal assistants, artists Burnell Yow! (the explanation point is part of his name) and Betsy Alexander.
