This one's pretty complex.

There are a lot of different tutorials out there, but I think this one looks like the best for making the complete figure. I'm not sure about the best way of making the dress; people have used a lot of different methods. Also, apparently some paints don't adhere well to metal, so it's probably a good idea to research that before buying.
