rose_catSan Diego Mayor Bob Filner finished his two-week sexual harassment therapy on Saturday.
His constituents and staff are preparing for his return to work.
Filner is continuing out-patient therapy, which might explain the new ban on his meeting privately with women on city property. Better safe than sorry, I guess.
At a press conference six days ago -- during which Filner's eleventh accuser described the "price" he'd asked for helping an injured war veteran -- attorney Gloria Allred suggested a new sign for his office.
Also, Hooters restaurants have standards.
